Sodium Hypochlorite Batch System

Our Sodium Hypochlorite Batch Production System is based on our long history of experience with sodium hypochlorite operations. The system is designed to produce batches of sodium hypochlorite using chlorine from 1-ton containers or 150-pound cylinders. The cooling tower, cooling water pump, recycle pump, filters, and heat exchanger are supplied.

The Sodium Hypochlorite Batch Production System offers a simple, low-cost option for making relatively low quantities of sodium hypochlorite. The Batch Controllers ensure a high-quality sodium hypochlorite product.

Almost all strengths of sodium hypochlorite can be produced with the system. However, higher strength sodium hypochlorite (above 11%) may have to be cooled during storage in order to keep the product stable.

The type of cooling utilized by the Sodium Hypochlorite Batch System also provides major savings. While mechanical refrigeration is typically required with other processes, the system utilizes cooling tower water and heat exchangers, resulting in considerable energy savings, lower equipment costs, and lower maintenance costs.
